1. Introduction

OneButton Software LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit screenreply.com or use the ScreenReply application (our "Service") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service, including:

  • Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and company details to create and manage your workspace.
  • Billing Information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) will collect and process your payment details. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • User Content: Screen recordings, audio, metadata, and browser information generated when you or your end-users utilize the ScreenReply recording feature.
  • Usage Data & Analytics: Information about how you interact with our Service, including IP addresses, browser types, diagnostic data, and referring pages.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the ScreenReply Service.
  • Process transactions and send related billing information.
  • Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests.
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities to improve the Service.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors, hosting partners, and payment processors who assist us in operating our Service (under strict confidentiality agreements).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).
  • Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

5. Data Retention and Storage

By default, User Content (screen recordings) hosted on our infrastructure is automatically and permanently deleted after 60 days. If your workspace is configured to use a custom S3-compatible storage provider (Bring Your Own S3), the recordings are uploaded directly to your infrastructure, and you are solely responsible for the retention, security, and lifecycle of that data. We retain Account Information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, to protect your personal information and User Content. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, update, or delete the data we hold about you. You can usually manage your Account Information directly within the application settings. For other requests, please contact us using the information provided below.
