## Workflow
1. Agent opens conversation in Intercom
2. Clicks "Request Screen Recording" in ScreenReply sidebar panel
3. Unique recording link is generated and inserted into reply
4. Customer clicks link and records screen from browser
5. Internal note with video link is automatically pushed to the Intercom conversation
6. Agent opens ScreenReply player to view video + AI summary + timestamps
