## Workflow
1. Navigate to a HubSpot record (Contact, Deal, Company, or Ticket)
2. Find ScreenReply CRM card in right sidebar
3. Click "Request Screen Recording" to generate personalized link
4. Customer clicks link and records screen from browser
5. Timeline activity event automatically logged with video link + AI summary
6. Team clicks link to securely view video and timestamps

## CRM Card Setup (per object type)
1. Click "Customize" on the record view
2. Select "Default view"
3. In right-hand panel, click "+" (Add) icon
4. Go to "Card library" tab
5. Locate "ScreenReply" and click "+ Add card"
6. Click "Save and Exit"
7. Card now available on that record type
8. Repeat for each object type (Contacts, Tickets, Deals, Companies) where card should appear

## Automation
- REST API + HubSpot webhooks for Workflows
- CRM card is for manual link generation for personalized communication

## Browser Support
- Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox
