## Capabilities
- Gather visual context without leaving Help Scout mailbox
- Generate unique recording URL from sidebar
- Customer clicks link, records screen from browser
- Private note containing secure video link instantly appended to conversation
- No installations for customers

## Workflow
1. Agent opens customer conversation
2. Finds ScreenReply app in right sidebar
3. Clicks "Request Screen Recording" to generate unique capture link
4. Customer records screen from browser
5. Private note with video link appended to conversation
6. Agent clicks URL to securely stream video

## Installation Steps (4 Steps)
1. Added app to Help Scout account, click "Go to ScreenReply" button
2. In ScreenReply dashboard Integrations panel, find Help Scout and click "Connect"
3. Review access levels and authorize ScreenReply
4. Go back to Help Scout mailbox, refresh browser - ScreenReply app appears in right sidebar
