## Workflow
1. Agent opens conversation in Front
2. Clicks ScreenReply in plugin panel
3. Recording request link generated and inserted into email draft
4. Customer clicks link, records screen from browser
5. Internal comment with video link automatically added to Front conversation
6. Team clicks link to view video + AI summary + timestamps

## Installation (7 Steps)
1. After installing the app, click "Go to ScreenReply" button
2. In ScreenReply dashboard Integrations section, locate Front and click "Connect"
3. Review permissions and authorize ScreenReply to access Front workspace
4. Accounts connected successfully
5. Log into Front account, go to App Store, find "ScreenReply", go to Settings tab
6. In Settings, find "Installation Key" section, click "Copy" (key format: `ad9504acc7c0fca8`)
7. Send installation key to ScreenReply via email (contact@screenreply.com), contact form, or chat - they complete the connection

## Automation
- REST API available for custom Rules/automation
- Links currently generated manually by agents for personalized support
