# Documentation - HubSpot Integration Setup

## Overview
Integration empowers support and sales teams to request screen recordings directly from tickets or contact records. Once user completes video, timeline activity with secure recording link is instantly logged to HubSpot record.

## Installation (4 Steps)
1. After adding app from marketplace, click "Go to ScreenReply" to initiate authorization
2. Redirected to ScreenReply dashboard; find HubSpot in Integrations tab, click "Connect"
3. HubSpot prompts to choose account; review permissions and grant ScreenReply access
4. Configuration complete; ScreenReply integration with HubSpot is successful

## CRM Card Setup (per object type)
To access the app, add ScreenReply card to interface. Perform separately for each object type (Contact, Ticket, Deal, Company):
1. Click "Customize"
2. Select "Default view"
3. In right-hand panel, click "+" (Add) icon
4. Go to "Card library" tab
5. Locate "ScreenReply" and click "+ Add card", then close
6. Click "Save and Exit"
7. ScreenReply card available on that record type
8. Repeat for Contacts, Tickets, Deals, or Companies as needed

## How to Use
1. Navigate to support ticket or contact record
2. On right-hand sidebar, locate ScreenReply card
3. Click "Request Screen Recording" to generate personalized link
4. Client completes recording; engagement note automatically logged onto HubSpot activity timeline
5. Click URL in timeline activity to securely view video in ScreenReply player
