# Documentation - Help Scout Integration Setup

## Overview
Integration equips support team to gather visual context without leaving the mailbox. Generate unique recording URL from sidebar. As client finishes recording, private note with secure video link is instantly appended to conversation.

## Installation (4 Steps)
1. Added app to Help Scout account; click "Go to ScreenReply" to trigger onboarding
2. Routed to ScreenReply dashboard; navigate to Integrations panel, find Help Scout, click "Connect"
3. Review access levels and authorize ScreenReply to interact with Help Scout mailboxes
4. Setup finished; head back to Help Scout mailbox, refresh browser. ScreenReply custom app active in right-hand sidebar of customer conversations.

## How to Use
1. Open customer conversation thread
2. Look for ScreenReply app in right sidebar
3. Click "Request Screen Recording" to instantly insert capture link into email draft
4. Customer finishes recording; integration automatically appends private note to conversation
5. Click URL in private note to securely stream video
