# Documentation - Front Integration Setup

## Overview
Integration allows generating screen recording links directly within Front inbox. Click "Request Recording" button, link is inserted into reply. When customer finishes recording, internal note with video link is automatically added to conversation.

## Installation (7 Steps)
1. After installing app, click "Go to ScreenReply" button to begin setup
2. Redirected to ScreenReply dashboard; in Integrations section, locate Front and click "Connect"
3. Review requested permissions and authorize ScreenReply to access Front workspace
4. ScreenReply and Front accounts now connected
5. Log into Front account, go to App Store, find "ScreenReply" app, click "Settings" tab
6. In Settings tab, find "Installation Key" section, click "Copy". Format: `ad9504acc7c0fca8`
7. Send the installation key to ScreenReply via email (contact@screenreply.com), contact form, or chat. ScreenReply completes connection on their end.

## How to Use
1. Select any conversation where visual context is needed
2. In sidebar, click "Request Screen Recording" to generate unique link
3. Once user finishes recording, internal note automatically added to conversation thread
4. Click link in note to watch video, gain full context, resolve faster
